Subject: Rat movie

Does anyone remember a movie about a guy trying to kill a ginormous rat in his house (its not Graveyard Shift or Nightmares) and at one point he gets a friend to try to happen. The guy has a baseball bat w/ a bunch of nails in it and basically the rat outsmarts him and also get the guy to destroy his house as well.

Is it Rats? I only remember Graveyard Shift and Nightmares.

It might possibly been a Tales from the Crypt, Creepshow thing...
Did Graveyard Shift have a guy w/ a bat w/ nails?

No it was the movie Of Unknown Origin.
