Do They Know It's Christmas? (although the song itself doesn't make sense b/c they are singing about overwhelming muslim countries with small Christian populations, if any)
Grandma got run over....
Christmas in Hollis
Last Christmas

I voted for The Pogues CHristmas in New York.  You missed off the classics, Slade "Merry Xmas Everybody" and Wizzard "Wish it could be Christmas every day".  Maybe they're just UK classics?

One is by Bob Seger, and the other by Joan Jett and The Blackhearts  :)

My favourites are:

Band Aid - "Do They Know It's Christmas?" (The original!)
Bowie and Bing - "Little Drummer Boy"
The Pogues - "Fairy Tale Of New York"

I didn't pick it, but an honourable mention goes to Wham!'s "Last Christmas."

"Do They Know.....", by the original  Band-aid, "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" by the Pointer Sisters and my all-time favourite, "Thank God It's Christmas" by Queen, which is IMO, one of the best secular X-mas songs around. I also like "Misseltoe And Wine" by Cliff Richard, he had a gorgeous voice in those days. :)

"Do They Know its Christmas" - Band Aid

I also like "Christmas in Hollis" & Hall & Oates version of "Jingle Bell Rock" (I always liked that video too)

If I had to pick only 5:

"Do They Know...", "Last Christmas", and write-ins:

"Little St. Nick" - The Muppets (Animal's "RUN RUN REINDEER!" just kills me!)
"Little Drummer Boy" - Lou Rawls (I just always loved his a-rump-pa-pa-pums)
"My Christmas Card To You" - The Partridge Family

I really really really  wanna list more....
I love this time of year!  Even after 16 yrs in retail!  And 15 of it at Toys R Us!!    :D

Do They Know It's Christmas? - Band Aid (1984)
Last Christmas - Wham! (1984)
Fairytale Of New York - The Pogues featuring Kirsty MacColl (1987)
2000 Miles - The Pretenders (1983)
Merry Christmas (I Don't Want To Fight) - The Ramones (1987)

and would also like to throw Mel Smith & Kim Wide's 1987 remake of Brenda Lee's 1962 classic "Rocking Around The Christmas Tree" somewhere in.

Those are good choices.

The Waitresses' "Christmas Wrapping" stands out to me as well.
