it had a big cartoon chicken/rooster in it...looked like Foghorn Longhorn but not sure if it was him. I remember it being for Hot dogs, but not sure what brand. I though it was Oscar Mayer, but I can't find anything...

I Believe Foghorn was briefly used for a commercial, but for selling food would be reminding people they were eating one of their favorite characters...not sure if it would be for hot dogs tho.
