Can anyone help me find out the name of this song, the clip and song as i recall had a little bit of " don't pay the ferry man" feel to it.

Dont know if this will help any. Warrant, Elton John, Talk Talk and CCR all did songs called Chameleon.
Helloween also has a song however it is from '94
