I liked Tiffany to a degree back then, especially her songs, "Could've Been" and "All This Time". IMHO, both teen queens had limited singing power (much more than Britney, Ashlee, and Jessica combined, I'll give you that). But, they were both pop princesses what could you expect?
As for Winger, he gets my vote. That song "Seventeen" creeped me out. Are you telling me that he'll wait for my locker stalking me?

Yes, I agree that 17 was creepy...but they rocked with Headed For A Heartbreak and I really like Miles Away :)
