Subject: I have a weird Question for those who know 80's Games

I have a question. Does anyone remember a game in the mid to late 80's that you play this guy who wonders around when you type in where you want him to go, what you want him to say, but you had to phrase the question right. There was a villiage idiot you could talk to, Merlin was there, a castle, and you could turn into an owl or a fox or something. If anyone has any idea what I'm talking about PLEASE reply because this has been driving me nuts for a long time. I used to play it on my cousins computer, I believe it was a MacIntosh. Thank You
