Does anyone know what this song means????  I don't get the whole making love out of nothing part.....it doesn't fit with the rest of the lyrics.......does it mean he loves her but she doesn't love him or vice versa or even neither???  How off am I???

Hmm, I suppose I've always interpreted it as the old "I love you, but I'm not IN love with you."  That he loves her for the way that she is able to take absolutely nothing, including (and especially) him, and turn it into something that smells, feels, tastes and looks beautiful.
