The Hooters were great. Living in the Philly area I saw them several times. Met them a few times too - okay, my friend and I were groupies. Over the summer I was going thru boxes I had in storage from my parents house and found letters from a few of the guys I wrote to, didn't have the heart to throw them away, so they are back in storage.

Saw them in concert when they opened for Loverboy. I thought they sucked-at least they did in concert.

I love the Hooters. They had a big tour in 1985 where they actually performed at several High Schools in the Philly area before the "Nervous Night" Album came out. They are a bunch of great guys. Eric Bazillian wrote the Joan Osbourne Song - "One of Us."
There first EP "Amore" came out on CD about 2 years ago. Really a great underground record - brings you back to the early eighties.
I have great memories of the Hooters.

I can't get enough of " And We Danced". I play that song over and over.
