Subject: Desperately trying to figure out this film title?!! Help!!!

Please can anybody help me.
I am trying to find the title of an 80s (maybe early 90s film) that has one particular scene in it as follows;
A teacher / professor walks into a class / lecture, places a tape player down on a desk and presses play to start his audible lecture. He then walks out of the room as he is no longer needed.
The next lesson comes around and he does the same again but this time, after he leaves all his students get out their taper recorders and record the lecture!
Please help me with this one!

You're right it is Real Genius. :D I know they had a tape recorder thing in Back to School. But the one where basically its the one kid at the end w/ all the tape recorders recording the teacher's tape recorder is Real Genius.
