Pretty much both, but Cher is far worse when it comes to her "pants" that may have insprired Prince's early '90's VMA performance... :P

I went with Cher. Only because I Think We're Alone Now was filmed in my favorite mall. They tore the mall down a few years ago, so the video is nostalgia for me.

I went with Cher because I personally could not wear that (outfit) onstage knowing my teenage son was in back of me playing guitar.....*waddamarroon* ::)

I voted for Cher again - I actually kind of liked the mall setting in Tiffany's video.
