These rediculous looking sparkly antennae, springing off a plastic headband were a hit at my primary school around 1982. Who confesses to wearing them?

my first pair had sparkly silver stars on them. I can't remember what happened to them. My next pair had an orange head band and the 'bopper' bits were multi-coloured feathers. I think I threw them out when I got married and left home in 1992.
They are back again because my daughter has two pairs. one has purple hearts and purple furry fluffy stuff on the headband and the other has black balls with red LED's on them that flash

I remember those! They were a short lived fad though. It was always a competition to see who could come up with the wildest/funniest set.
