Subject: Favorite Tiffany song

Mine would have to be a tie between "Could've Been" and "I Think We're Alone Now."

"I Think We're Alone Now" is a given, but I really like "Danny". Such great vocals on that song.

i have always liked "promises made". what's really funny is that a lot of the songs on the first album are not bubble-gum pop, which is what everyone associates Tiffany to be. "P.M", "danny", "should've been me", etc. are very good songs that someone like maybe stevie nicks would sing. "i think we're alone now" and "i saw him standing there" were 2 of her most memorable hits, but they were the only 2 songs on that album that were pure sugar overload.  ;D tiffany was a teen idol like debbie gibson, but their style and sound were completely different. tiffany seemed to have more of an older audience (high schoolers, at the time).

"The Only One"...no wait, that's Ashley Tisdale...

The only song from her I like "I Think We're Alone Now".  :D

I've seen her on tv and she loooks as if she gained a couple pounds.

What's with you and Ashley Tisdale lately? Tired of talking about fugly-nosed Debbie Gibson? No one gets the joke or cares.

BTW, that's Deborah Gibson. And she's not ugly.

And Ashley Tisdale happens to be a talented actress & singer (She's currently writing songs for her debut album), though I'm not sure if she could pull it off. Not to mention that she's a year YOUNGER than I am, very rare in today's music.

I also  have the right to state my opinion like everybody else.

The only i know is I think we're alone now and my favority as well.

I like this track because of the powerfull hook in the begining. Turn up the radio - enter the Highway - pull down gas - speed up to 200km/h - enjoy your live :)

Debbie Gibson had a better image but tiffany had a great voice and they made her a mall rat ;D anyways my favorite song from hear is I Think Were Alone Now but i like the video mix (Let Me hear your heart beat let me feel your  heart beat let me touch a heart beat cause i can change a heart beat) witch is the first line in the song i love the video mix  :)

I like a lot of her songs. Yes, a rocker is saying that. But, I mean who couldn't resist her back in 1987 as a 17 year old male even with the "mall rat" image? Tiffany and Debbie Gibson were very cute. I think more than the "bubble gum" artists are now.

Tiffany wasn't much of a looker and still  look rather average. Oh, and she looked kinda chubby on "Hit Me Baby One More Time"...   :P

Debs was cute & more talented.  8)  :-* She still puts out great music and will release "Memory Lane Vol. 2" soon.  Not to mention she now looks great.

I saw her on the show and it doesn't bother me any, I still think Tiffany is nice looking.

And yes, while Gibson is cute I never thought she was as cute as Tiffany. But it's all a matter of opinion anyway. :)

Bump

Put into the right content, I was only reffering to her appearance on the show.

And when I  (other alias "Maddie the Boss") wrote that she looked average, I meant to say that she's niether ugly nor pretty. Just plain looking, IMO.

Like Julia Roberts, Ray Romano, Jack Black, and Sarah Jessica Parker.

...also "Woops (Wuz Here)", "Maddie's The Boss", and several other alias that only lasted a few threads I've written...

I liked both her and Debbie Gibson, but having said that, Debbie has got a much powerful voice and she's still the youngest artist to have written, produced and recorded a #1 and that's with "Foolish Beat".

There you go. It's nice to go and check your facts isn't it. Such a massive disappointment that she didn't get a number 1 in the UK with it. It's a masterpiece. Just goes to show that the Yanks have got a much better taste in music than the British.

In my opinion the British do not have a taste in music. I just love the taste in music that the Americans have. I love bands such as Expose, Cover Girls, Pretty Poison, Linear and Sweet Sensation. I love solo artists such as Debbie Deb, Pebbles, Paula Abdul, Sheena Easton, George Lamond, Brenda K Starr, Taja Seville, Debbie Gibson, Tiffany, Gioia Bruno (she has got a fantastic voice and it's even better since she had her throat tumour removed), Stevie B and Pebbles (Was "Say A Prayer For You" released as a single in the US?)

She may be from Scotland, she's now American, so i've classed her as an American singer. She did become an American Citizen in 1992.
