there's this song that opens up with whoa whoa ohhhh ohhhh type of vocal harmonies...i just cant remember by who it's wrriten or the name of the song..

Uptown Girl by Billy Joel? Was it a new wave song or freestyle? Hair band?

im pretty sure it's not Billy Joel...it wasn't a hair band...the song played in clubs and is still a frequent play on the radio...the best i could do is make a wav of the opening harmony with my voice (as great as it is lol)
