Subject: Need help with this tv-series

Written By: OliverDK on 10/03/05 at 10:39 pm

All I really remember is this guy who was an agent of some sort - kinda like "Knight Rider" - and his trusted helper was a computer that could create anything he needed, from a car to a helicopter.

Does that ring any bells?

That's the 80's for you... ;D  but you needed to be a kid at the time to understand the excitement when Automan began in 1983. Kids of the 90's and 00's probably won't get it. The show led the way in sci-fi effects for tv.

Arrrgghhh just found out you're my age Jamie (born in '76 yes?)... how can you let the team down by dissing Automan!  :D

And to think, he was vice president once.  ;D

In a way Al Gore kind of reminds me of him....  ::)  ;D

Actually it is acceptable to spell it "potatoe" or "potato". So VP Quayle wasn't wrong, the people running the spelling bee goofed.
