Subject: The Holiday Rap - MC Miker G and Deejay Sven

Take the music from Madonna's 1983 hit Holiday, add in a reworked chorus of Cliff Richard's 1962 hit Summer Holiday and throw in a few rap lyrics, and there you have The Holiday Rap by MC Miker G and Deejay Sven, a very cheesy yet fun song that I still love to this day :)

During the beat box part, if you turn your LP to 45 rpm, it sounds like popeye ;D

We're going to London and New York City :D
I remember Holiday Rap. It was released not long after the original. In fact we had that exact same vinyl sleeve in your pic... though obviously it would be the same... heh heh.

I have the 12" single on JDC records. It's cheesy, but I like it. :P
