was this from the 80s or 70s,,,,dwayne would always say it when greeting raj or rerun

I know it was in the original 1970's series. It may also have been in resurrected "What's Happening Now" which ran in the mid 80's

Oh my Lord I LOOOOOVVVVVVVVEEEEEEE "What's Happening"!!! I bought Season 1 and 2 on dvd and am loving it! The original series ran from 1976-79.
Raj's younger sister Dee was the highlight of the show! And Shirley the wisecracking shut up foo' waitress was another gem of a character.

Fat Albert said it too but in the 70's
