What do you mean by closing logo?  Like on a TV Show?

I remember UBU Productions, which was a production company of Gary David Goldberg (creater of Family Ties, Brooklyn Bridge and Spin City) ... featured Goldberg's dog named Ubu Roi.  A voice over would say "Sit UBU Sit.  Good Dog" then UBU would bark  ;D

I always liked Stephen J. Cannell's closing logo, where the camera showed him at his typewriter typing away with a grin on his face and his Emmys behind him....he would then yank the piece of paper out and throw it up in the air, it then floated down in animated form to create a large "C" and we would then see "Stephen J. Cannell Productions" written underneath.  All of Cannell's shows had this logo at the end of his TV shows.

The 80s were a GREAT time for such fantastic and innovated TV end logos.

I know they were done in the 90's but I like Chris Carter's  " I made this!" after X-Files and "In Front" after Mad About You... I also like the way they close King of the Hill with a good line from the episode that just ended...call me a dork but when I watch the show I try to figure out which line will be the one they use...

Well, this one isnt QUITE fair since it was mostly 70's (but got plenty of screen time in the 80's), but the Krofft productions logo. That one always brought a warm fuzzy feeling to my soul. Also the Rankin/Bass studios tag always had that warm christmassy feeling about it, even when it was some other special.

And I have to admit that the Lionheart tag that was at the end of the synidicated Doctor Who epsisodes (before BBC Worldwide took over distrobution in the States) - well, it feels wrong to not have it attached to modern runs of the show.

One I liked, which also applied to 90's as well was Viacom.  John B. Wells, the guy who was the announcer for the Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn was the Viacom voice  :)
