I posted this topic quite a while ago, but am trying again as I still haven't had any luck....
The lyrics were something like..
You mother said you cried in your sleep last night,
she asked me this morning did we have a big fight,
I said no,
but I'm sure that she knows,
she know about yooouuu.
I told her that I thought it was just a bad dream
But she wasn't born yesterday
You know what I mean,
something something something....
That'd be pretty close to the words, but nobody seems to know it.
It was a guy singing, and it would have been early 80's I would think.
Any help would be appreciated....
It's not "Your Ma said you cried" by Robert plant either =)

I think you've got it!!
Now I gotta try find the song to be sure, but that does sound right!!!
Hmmm... This is gonna be a pretty bad song now when I hear it again! lol
