My choices: Band Aid "Do They Know It's Christmas" and Run DMC "Christmas In Hollis"
I know that the classic David Bowie/Bing Crosby was part of a 70's tv special, but the song was released as a single in the '80's and the clip was in rotation on MTV/VH1 during the holiday seasons in the 1980's and 1990's
