I used to watch this cartoon, I want to say it was early to mid 80s. I remember the group ofkids fought the bad guy with music and the bad guy I belive was named master blaster. I think they were a band but I could be wrong. Likei said it was a cartoon. Does this ring a bell for anyone. I think it was on arount the same time there was the littles, the smurf and the snorks.
