Subject: What was this old lady super hero TV show???

I am trying to remember the name of a British TV show that had an old lady with super powers in it. On the opening credits she would run around really fast (this was done by speeding up the film) and she'd play soccer and kick the youunger kids butts.
Does anyone remember this show and know the name of it?
Also, does anyone know if it is available on DVD?

Oh wow i remember Supergran!
There were quite a few videos released in the 80's. Available from ebay and www.amazon.co.uk (you need to use the UK sites to find them. Postage will be more and you'll need a multi-region VHS player).

Billy Connolly had a 1985 hit called "Super Gran". Was this song related to the show?
