What are your favourite greatest hits albums released by 80's artists? Does not have to be an 80's album
I like Bob Seger's greatest Hits, U2 The Best of 1980-1990, and Rock and Soul Part 1 by Hall and Oates to name a few :)

Im not sure if this counts, but I like Brian Ferry and Roxy Music's Ultimate Collection. It came out in 1987/88 and although it has many 70's songs, it also featuures a number of 80's songs as well, such as their version of Jealous Guy from 1980.
I also like Michael Jackson's Essential Collection and The Jacksons Essential Collection.

Infact, the Shakin' Stevens Greatest Hits Ive not heard in a LONG time. I might get my old cassette copy I made of the vinyl years ago out and give it a play....
Oh Julie, This Ol House....Oh Julie was, at one stage, my ultimate favorite song...Back in 1981 and 1982, followed closely by Pass The Dutchie and Shoop Shoop Diddywah Cuma Cuma Wang Dang (Sp?)....Ahhhhh the memories.
Here in Canada, Shakin' Stevens Greatest Hits was called "A Rockin' Good Way", to which I still have a cassette copy.
It included the album track "The Bop Won't Stop" not found on the UK release, but it also omitted the songs "Hot Dog", "It's Raining" and "Blue Christmas" :\'(
Lucky, I was able to order the UK version through HMV :)
