Subject: Trying to identify a commercial

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone out there, remembers a commercial with a little boy and girl, and the boy(I think) is arguing with his little sister and calls her "hamsterbrain, and hamsterbrain" and she says "Moooom!" I can't for the life of me, think of what it was a commercial for! Anyone have any ideas?
