#1, 2, 3, 4,  7, 8, 11, 12, 13 14, and 15 are the correct answers.

For #5    this artist changed his name 3x  think Indiana the video was shot in black and white.
For #6  the intitials would be the same letter his look 'bugged all of us out'.
For #9  this group been around for 4 decades now  The lead singer has a famous daughter. Think of heaven.
For #10  hair-metal group  the lead singer could have been a good-looking woman  one dose of these guys you need your medicine.
