:D I have been trying to put an 80's songlist together but there is one song out there I just can't place. I heard it all the time in this little bar in Columbus, OH called Maxwell's (no longer exists) but I think it's in German or French or some language. It's very poppy and very fun to dance too...and it's not a very long song. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? Or if you guys can just throw out who you might think it is? Thanks! Perhaps it was "Doot Doot" by Freur? Now that I think about, it's not an *especially* danceable tune, but what do I know?

yeah...i tried those but they were not it. I really can't place it. I don't think it was a very popular song. All I can remember was that it was short and the lyics were fast. If you can think of anything else please let me know. Im driving myself crazy!!!

Perhaps it was Ca Plane Pour Moi? by Plastic Bertrand? It was a hit in 1978, but it's often thought of as an 80's song :)
