Subject: NEED HELP FINDING EIGHTIES TOY

Hey everyone, I need help finding this eighties toy.
It was a small blue furry creature thing. Not like a stuff animal but it was hard and filled with powder.Smell good powder you can put on your body. The bottom of the toy would disperse the powder. If anyone could help in any kind of way please do.
I also think it came in different colors. Thanks
