Does anyone remember a toy called Muffin Maids? They were these Barbie-style dolls that (no kidding!) turned into muffins. I can totally picture the board meeting in which a bunch of guys in suits and ties pitch these dolls to the chief exec, who shouts "brilliant!"
Anyway, I am scouring the Net for pictures, but I can't seem to find any! Am I the only one who remembers Muffin Maids???

No, I think I remember these too! Didn't they come with their own mini pan of plastic muffins that smelled good?

I think I had these too. Weren't they plumper than a barbie doll, or am I thinking some other concocted toy by Mattel? ;D
