Subject: I am looking for a movie

I am looking for a movie and I beleive that it was in the 80's. If I remember correctly it was either a boys school or a military acadamy and the girls acadamy wasn't very far away. The boys(teens) were always getting into trouble and the head of the school or one of the teachers at the coed dance was standing at the food table and said to the woman from the girls acadamy "Tickle your ass with a feather?" the woman replied what or excuse me, and he follows with "It's particularly nice weather". I remember this line and parts of the movie but can not think of the title and I can see the man but can't think of his name. Please help. Thanks

Was it Private School (1983), starring Mathew Modine and Pheobe Cates?
