I have seen dozens of posts and topics about music, movies, and other fun facets of the 1980s.
This is no different: What major events in the '80s do you remember striking you the most?
I'll give you an example- When the Challengerblew up, I remember where I was, and what I was doing. I was in 5th Grade, and my class was watching the launch on TV, in History class. One of my classmates calimed to be Christa McAuliffe's nephew (although he also once claimed that Prince was his uncle; not likely for a Utah boy!)
