Me and my cousin were reminiscing one day, and we thought of a board game, but we couldn't remember its name.  I was hoping that someone out there could help.  It's a board game where a ghost "chases" you around the house, but the ghost can only move if he is rolled on the dice.  If you ended up on the same spot as the ghost, you had to go the "basement" or something like that.  It has been killing us not knowing, and now I kind of want to get it for her for her birthday.  Does anyone have any idea of the game I'm talking about?

I know the game you're talking about...I just don't remember the name.

I am all into '80s boardgames, & I usually remember them...like Stop, Thief!, Dark Tower (which I want to own so bad), Careers, etc. If I think of it, I'll let ya know.

There was also a game called "Nightmares".

My son has a game called Gonna Get You which sounds a little like you are describing

I can't remember if we had Ghost Castles, but the Ghosts game we definetly had. We STILL have it somewhere in our garage, as I've seen it from time to time. That was fun, from what I remember. I just can't remember how it was played.. it could be like the one Jessie T was describing...

Actually Nightmares sounds really familiar.  Im pretty sure it wasnt Ghost Castle.  The game board sort of resembled the Clue board game layout, as you could hide in "rooms" cause the ghost couldnt get into them.  he could only travel in the hallways or something?
