Subject: Why Did the "Miami Vice" '80s End?
Written By: velvetoneo on 06/27/06 at 6:29 pm
Why do you think they ended? Of course, people "got sick of them"-that was the easiest and most obvious answer. But part of it was also the brief stock market crash in 1987 and the rise of hip-hop and an adult Generation X faction. The MV '80s of 1983-1986 were driven by teen Gen Xers and young adult boomers.
