I like both, but my vote is going to Berlin. I think Dale Bozzio is the better vocalist though.

I like Missing Persons too but songs like "Sex," "The Metro" and "Take My Breath Away" kill anything MP did.

Missing Persons..."Walking in L.A." is an amazing and quite clever song.

I always used to get them confused 'cause Missing Persons do "Words" and Berlin does "No More Words" (;D), and they have the same overall style (pop-wave/synthpop).
Overall I'll go with Berlin, though 'cause "No More Words" is a really catchy song. I also like "Take My Breath Away" even if it's kinda overplayed in comparison.

Berlin all the way...'The Metro' is an amazing amazing song, as is 'Pleasure Victim' - check it out if you haven't heard it.
