Favorite movies of the '80s? Ha... Seeing as how all my favorite movies are from the '80s, this could be a rather lengthy list.

High on the list are: The Breakfast Club, The Last American Virgin, Summer School, Heathers, License to Drive, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Some Kind of Wonderful, Adventures in Babysitting (just about any teen-comedy flick), Return of the Living Dead, Commando, Scarface, Body Double, Mask, Desperately Seeking Susan, National Lampoon's European Vacation, An American Werewolf in London, Earth Girls Are Easy, Ghostbusters 1 & 2, The Wizard, Stand by Me, Coming to America, Purple Rain, Legend, Tough Guys, Fright Night, various A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th's, and a ton more...

Cool. Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (which I still think is the best of the three) holds my record for most cinema viewings - 20 times! :o groove on ;)...

Heh, yeah, spent alot of time (in my youth) in the darkness of the cinema. When I loved a movie I really went off the deep end...

I could've easily been a large mushroom with ears...groove ;) on...

Nice to see Star Wars II getting some love, around here. Many a kid walked out of the theater in tears in 1980 after seeing that movie, I'll tell ya. It was so damn downcast...

Like that film alot.... It creeps the heck out of me....

Especially the creepy scene in the film with the man in the bear costume.... :o ;D
