Subject: Tiny keyboards

Does anybody remember the name of those tiny little keyboards that were around for a short time in the 80's?
I don't mean the big size normal things that you usually see nowadays; These keyboards were about the size of a credit card and only had one bar of membrane keys on them. I don't think there was anything on them except for the keys and maybe an on/off button.
I can remember them making a really crude electronic sound that's not to dissimilar to the simple mobiles phone tunes.
