Subject: 80s Horror Songs

Hi, I'm after some really rare songs from some 80s horror movies for my little sister she really loves these songs they're from the movies, "Hell Night" and "Witchboard."
One is the theme song I think it's called Hell night and is played at the beginning of Hell Night by a female singer, and the other is a song I think called Things that go bump in the night however, not sure of the artist? and is played at the end credits of the first Witchboard.
If anyone can tell me where I might be able to get these songs on mp3 (if possible) I would really appreciate your help.

Have you checked the end credits?

Yes that's the movie. Yeah, I'll need to re-check it. Any ideas if you can get these songs? Would anyone happen to know or have had any luck finding the two songs ( or any of the songs from either movie), and wouldn't mind sending me a copy?
I sure would appreciate it.
