Subject: Old PSA from the '80s or early '90s

Does anyone remember this old PSA where it is like a chalk drawing and it shows a little girl playing in a playground and she goes up to this needle that is lying on the ground and she goes to touch it and her mother grabs her hand and pulls her away, shaking her head? I don't remember what company it was for or anything. That is all I remember about it.
