Subject: Kid's educational tv show

Trying to remember a kids show in the 80's that was educational. I remember there was a talking skeleton in it. I'm thinking his name was "Mr. Bones". He was always interacting with kids. Anyone know what I'm talkin' about?

Sounds like "Readalong", which ran in the early 80's on PBS. It also featured a talking boot & plant. I'm pretty sure it was only 15 minutes long, though!

Doc would be correct! 8)

Readalong was actually a 70s show from Canada, which was seen in the US via PBS.  It debuted in 1976, but was seen in reruns in the 80s
