For anyone wondering where New Order got the idea for the title of their song Blue Monday, well, it's time to say goodbye.

RIP, Kurt Vonnegut. (No, not a picture/scan of anything of mine signed my Kurt. Just something I saw today that reminded me to remind the rest of us. I wouldn't have gotten the reference until the mid-90s myself.)
