I hope this is not a "banned" topic, but for all you 80s babies out there...  which song/s was/were playing during your "first time"? :)

Mine was "Brother Louis" by Modern Talking....  never forget it :)

Almost There by Andy Williams, by pure coincidence a very appropriate title.

'Songbird' by Kenny G...

...and I'm quite sure that was the last time I had music playing during an 'intimate' moment!

Hotel California-not just the song but the entire album. I can't remember which song was actually playing during the moment. I had other "things" on my mind at the time to pay attention to the song.  ;)

Album:

Marc Almond & The Willing Sinners: Vermin in Ermine

If that isn't twisted....

Truth be known, there was no record playing when "it" happened, but Marc Almond was on the turntable while we were necking before hand.

I can't speak for anyone else but the reason I only listed one song was because it was the last song on side 1
of the album. I sure as hell wasn't getting up to turn the album over.  ;) ;D

Actually, that was Alice Cooper, "Cold Ethyl"

One thing I miss is Cold Ethyl and her skeleton kiss
We met last night making love by the refrigerator light
Ethyl Ethyl let me squeeze you in my arms
Ethyl Ethyl come and freeze me with your charms

One thing
No lie
Ethyl's frigid as an eskimo pie
She's cool in bed
Well she oughta be 'cuz Ethyl's dead...

F*bleep*k Me Dead, aka "FMD", Forgotten Rebels, Canadian punk at its most self-parodic and deliberately offensive.

"I don't like the name tag between your toes,
I don't like the snot running out of your nose,
I don't like the stains on your pantyhose,
Just your cold stiff body when I hold you close!
I love rigor mortis when it just sets in,
I know where you're goin', I don't care where you've been,
A pillow in a coffin's just as nice as a bed,
And baby, I love it when you f*bleep*k me dead!
Oh baby, how I love it when you f*bleep*k me dead!"

(And then the lyrics start to get tasteless :)

It was Christmas day. That was her Christmas present to me. Unfortunately, she insisted on having a radio station playing Christmas carols  on at the time .... which I found quite distracting/ hard to get worked up to. Then they sang this one song .. ... the 'climactic moment arrived' ....  and I felt like I was in heaven.  :-*  Wish I could remember the song's  name  though....  :-come all ye faithful !'

It was in 1989, her name was Anne-Marie and the music was the first Absolute Power Ballads album, I had just turned the record before we started kissing so by the time "It" happened WHEN THE CHILDREN CRY by White Lion would have been playing.

Don't make me switch gears from Punk to Country and break out the David Allan Coe.

Sure, tracks like "*Blank*stains on the Pillow" or "I Made Linda Lovelace Gag", and others, are pretty obvious. But it's the songs with radio-friendly names that will really throw you for a loop.  Two or three radio-friendly-named songs with radio-friendly lyrics, and you think you've got a nice little country segue going on.  Thirty seconds later, you're wondering if anyone from the FCC heard the F-bombs.  Thirty seconds after that, well, let's just say that the F-bombs are the least of your worries.

By "First time", I'm assuming you mean 'listening to the radio".  Hard to recall, it would have been in the 70's, I do have a vague memory of getting into "Wuthering Heights" by Kate Bush, but I don't think it was the music I was listening to the first time I listened to the radio, sorry.....not much of a post....yep!?!
