That motorcycle is from the short-lived action series "Street Hawk". It starred Rex Smith as a police officer who became the test pilot for a prototype combat motorcycle. It was a mid-season replacement and aired for 13 episodes on ABC during the 1985 season
I am assuming the other vehicles in that shot are "The A-Team" van, KITT from "Knight Rider" and the chopper from "Airwolf"
