Subject: "Looking for a Video"

Written By: Mom Police on 07/13/07 at 11:49 pm

Hello, I am new here and new to message boards in general.  I was wondering if anyone could tell me the name of a song/video and who sang it.  It was in the eighties.  It was this girl strolling through the grocery store with the cart. she had kids and she was in big hair curlers, slippers and bathrobe.  My friend and i loved this video but we cannot for the life of us remember the words or singer.  Can anyone help?  It was a total girl song.  Thanks for any help.

Finally got round to watching it.

I never knew that Tracy Ullman's They Don't Know featured Paul McCartney

I did. I remember that from MTV (when the "M" stood for "Music" way back in the dark ages.)

I still prefer Kirsty MacColl's original version, but I do not know if a video exists, from being recorded in the late 70s.
