Subject: Need to find a commercial

This has been driving me mad. Mad I tellya.

All I remember is a woman, perhaps Russian. Dull clothing. Flashlight perched upon her shoulder. And a voice saying " Evening wear". Next the same woman comes out, same outfit, beach ball atop shoulder. Comment :Beach wear.

Can anyone tell me what the heck they were advertising and if I can get my hands on the commerical to view.

A bet is involved. No money. But the stakes are high!
