Subject: What's the name of that toy?

I've been trying to remember what the name of this set of toys I used to have. They had interchangeable parts. Robot type pieces with little silver men that sat in the cockpit of the robot heads. The chest pieces were wind-up with different things like a drill, buzz-saw and a chisel. They were also pretty simple. No moveable joints, just a bunch of different heads, torso, arms and legs. Anybody know what I'm talking about?
