This is driving me crazy, please help!
It's a song I saw on tv in a show "Great one hit wonders" and it is late 80's early 90's sound sung by a girl who is on a beach and repeats the same line a lot, something along the lines or, ready or waiting!
So stuck as I didn't get the name, artist or a substantial lyric.
any ideas???

Only Madonna "Cherish" comes to mind, but she had tons of hits
Probably Wilson Phillips "Hold On", which there was a few scenes of them on a beach. (BTW, fully clothed...which is good).

Neither of those would make sense based on his description...he said "Great one hit wonders", and both of those acts had ample hits.
