Ok,
this toys had plastic girl dolls that has plastic removable clothes you would dress them up behind stage then you would set them on this stage which would twirl around with your help and they would do a little fashion show..What is the name?
Also a toy track that had people with marbles on the bottom of them they would get picked up by a elephant who would take them up to a graffif who had abucket in his mouth would reales them down a slide and would statr all over

It looks like the first toy you want is called Dolly Pops. According to the in the 80s website the fashion show stage set was just one of the scenes you could buy.

i had tons of dolly pops, my mom still talks about them. she loved them
