Would I lie To You is a great song (and in the list)....so that got my vote, even though Sweet Deams is also up there.
One that isn't in the list (and wasn't released as a single that I have always loved is the duet with Elvis Costello - 'Adrian'..great song!

Other - "Sexcrime (1984)" and "Don't Ask Me Why".
A top of the had to Doubleplusgood (which was also, not surprisingly, from/inspired by the movie adaptation of 1984). Perfect blending of a martial backbeat that's simultaneously a dirge and a triumph. It's the linguistic/semantic concepts of blackwhite and doublethink expressed in music, which is nothing short of genius in pop music. The ongoing samples of Newspeak that accent the song are exactly what I'd already imagined the language would sound like when I read Orwell's description of how it should be spoken. Freaked me out the first time I heard it. To this day I can still put the track on loop and just zone out to it.

So many amazing songs from this group, how can you chose? I've always loved "Here Comes the Rain Again", such an incredible song. Some other songs that I enjoy: "Love Is a Stranger", "Angel", and "It's Alright (Baby's Coming Back)"...

But in all honesty, I did vote for my true favourite. I think big hits being overplayed really go against them.
