Subject: 80's kids show help please!

I used to watch a show that came on early on either Saturday or Sunday morning right before Kids Incorporated. I don't recall the name of the show. But the main character was a black man who played a piano with light up keys and he sang. His name was Mr. Keys. I don't remember anyone else in the show for some reason. Perhaps he was the sole character. I remember a song on a particular episode was a list of rhyming healthy foods...peas and collard greens...I am 34, born in 1974. This was early 80's. I live on the east coast, so it was EST. I am thinking it aired between 5 and 7 a.m. This is driving me crazy...someone please help! It was probably not much of a hit because I can't find a trace of it anywhere. I had some sort of fascination with it I guess because I still remember that crazy food song. ::)

Kids shows of that era are unknown to me as My kids wern't born untill late 80s.
