I have a mix on my iPod and one of the songs included has the lyrics:

Who sings this?

That song has been covered a few times. Called "(I Know) I'm Losing You". Could be Rod Stewart...

The 80s cover was by Uptown (or better known as The Uptown Girls). It reached US #80 in 1987

Great song circa 1987. It has to be this song. THe group is Uptown, also known as Uptown Girls. See link.
