Subject: Looking for an anti-war music video from the 80's

Written By: john on 07/08/08 at 1:55 pm

I only saw this video a few times.  I think it was by a British duo--a small red-haired white guy and a large black guy.  The white guy was often in a straight jacket, the black guy dressed well.  It had the usual apocalyptic imagery, and ended with a mushroom cloud.  It was almost a rap but not quite, and had a repeated line something like, "Think about destruction" or "Speak about destruction".  If anyone has any idea who this is or a link to a clip, i'd really appreciate it.  Thanks.
