Interesting and good list.
Candi, Tu, and Voggue I didn't know.
We Run by Strange Advance is an amazing song and Bad Boys Blue are great.
Did you record Saturdays In Silesia in your basement?  LOL.  Great song and funny video, I never heard it.

I prefere Hazell Dean's version of "Turn It Into Love" though.  LOL.

2.  Freeez - I.O.U. (1983)   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kiWe26gc9l4

This was cringeworthy judging by their earlier efforts when they used to be a very good funk outfit... :P

It was also cingeworthy due to its exposure...apart from being a huge UK hit, it held the record for appearing on the most K-Tel & Ronco albums of that period!  :D

I'll throw this 1986 thing in which was good for about a week, then I got bored of it!  :P

And then a bout a fortnight later, just after I thought I'd got the thing out of my head, someone remixed it!  ::)

Many years later I managed to track down an MP3 copy of it and save it to my favorite dance CD... :)

Heh heh, when he sings the bridge, it is so excruciatingly crap it's funny:

"Girl (girl), I know I owe you so much
But can't I pay you
With just, with just one touch
And girl, I know you care
I'll never love another
To that, to that I swear"

Lucky the music was good, lol.

The unintentionally hilarious things to watch out for in the video is the kid in the blue shirt/brown trousers doing robotics, the three blokes swaying together, the two woman who look like Bananarama who strut towards the camera and the bloke at the end pointing with his mouth turned one way.

Absolutely priceless, ha ha.  ;D

The part that kills me is when he goes into the club, and throws the 45 to the DJ.  Those things can play music, but when you throw them, that sharp rim could be lethal LOL

How can I forfget 'Let the Music Play' by Shannon great dance track from the mid 80s. 'I.O.U' definitely a cheesy song but you can't forget the opening of that song.
Dont you think the song 'Trapped' by Colonel Abrams sounds alot like 'Never Gonna Give You Up' by Rick Astley. Though 'Trapped'came out before 'Never gonna give you up'.
